For those still in town on Sunday, come help us soak up a little more of the (hopefully) beautiful weather with berry picking, food, wine, cider and flowers. Early July is a unique time where blackberries, cherries and blueberries should be in season (+ maybe raspberries and strawberries), so come spend a little more time with us in one of Oregon's most beautiful settings!

CEREMONY
Our Venue is located at the heart of the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, at the Cascade Locks Marine Park. The ceremony will take place on Thunder Island, a short walk across a foot bridge located behind the Thunder Island Historical Museum. Parking is available in the lot at the base of the foot bridge, as well as along the portage road. You can ignore any signs for payment while parking for the wedding. We will also be providing a shuttle service to and from certain hotels. You can see which hotels here.
RECEPTION
The reception will be at the Marine Park pavilion. To get there from the ceremony site, walk back across the foot bridge and past the playground on the left. Please prepare to walk about 200 yards to the ceremony site and another 500 yards to the reception area.
WEATHER
Ceremony and Cocktail will be outdoors, so please be prepared for the weather. The temperature will likely be between 70°F and 85°F (21-29°C) during the ceremony, and could drop as low as 60°F (16°C) at night. The island can also get quite windy, especially crossing the foot bridge.
ATTIRE
The Dress Code is Semi Formal to Formal. We want everyone to look nice, but Michael may not be wearing a tie, so do with that what you will!
